Having issues on my version on gta 5 where menyo crashes if change acessory tops is it way fix it

how do u spawn head bandana on franklin i can not find it nowhere doe i installed it right

ok so im new to open iv and i did as instructed to installed dis on gta 5 pc but it not showing full hoody all it shows is tank top with the words of hoody on it is there another mod need or did i do something wrong plz help as i really wanted to try the hoody out on the game
