When I had issues I was on v393 with nothing but this mod installed. I didn't really get to do any testing though, as GTA updated on me. I'll reinstall later today and see if I have any issues this time round. :)
It definitely seemed like just one model not working before though.
I love this mod, but I've had to removing it due to a few crashes I've had. They seem to occur randomly when I pass a train, perhaps a certain model? Or could it just be one of the xml/dat files causing the issue?

@archer_alves He's talking about the Ill Gotten Gains DLC. Are you using a cracked version of GTA or have you just not updated in a while? :p
