@drgreenz quant has full access to your entire pc if you have it. you can keep it if you want but i wouldnt recommend it.

@lhnghia744 i figured out that its the weather detection file that comes with the enb. works completely fine after removing it
i mean it sort of works but the cops can usually only get to around 130 mph then lose you.
yeah its the enb that crashes it. really weird...

for whatever reason it literally doesnt let me drop the folder into where its supposed to go. this seems like such a cool mod especially since im doing another playthrough
