where can i get the off white ones?

Hey, so ive been trying to download some clothing mods and in my mods folder i am missing the x64v folder . it goes all the way to x64u then stops. I am fairly new to this program and I would love some help. thank you in advance

please help me i have done everything right and it does not seem to work when I press F8 help would be much appreciated
