I also downloaded your "Cartel Spawns mod", I tried shooting them, but they run too, so I manually changed every single ped on your .xml relationship to "Hate" (It took me like 30 minutes :c) And it did not worked either, I shoot and they simply run. It may be because of pirated version? Because idk what is happenning. Sorry for bad english, I'm from Venezuela.
Nothing, I just tried shooting guards and nothing :c
@armedchalko Not yet, I just recorded a vid with a car mod, and I was editing it, I'll do it right now ! :)
