Dude, i've done it but it doesn.t work for me!
a) i've disconnected from internet.
b) i've insert the old files over the new one ( means i've downgraded the update version)
c) i start the game and a screen from rockstar appears "playing in offline is disabled, you need to run first time the game online and save a login"

if i use an older GTA5.exe:
online: Rockstar Social Club is asking me for my activation code; if i enter mine, it says it is already used.
offline: it tells me that offline gaming is disabled, i need to have been logged in atleast once with my account.

@AzteKiLLa have you done the downgrading yourself and did everything worked will with that?
i simply don't want to kill my game, i would suicide if i would have to replace all my mods again.

sorry this might sounds stupid. but has anyone here contact to the developer?
i mean, who know's if the guy has passed away or something? in case of that this just could happen.
