@BNA It's part of new vehicles that came up with Arena War update quite recently.
Vehicle in picture is "Apocalypse Scarab" that is classed as military vehicle.
Update your game and trainer what you are using, so you can spawn it :)
I noticed couple people commenting about menu not showing up when entering into garage, i managed to fix this issue.
Before talking about issue, i would like to thank mod author for wonderful work with this mod, it's one of those mods that i always install when playing GTA V.
In my case, culprit was file called "INMNativeUI.dll" located in scripts folder.
This file is included in multiple mods supplied by this author.
I personally use "Cargo Plane Mod" and "Car Carrier Trailer Mod" by this author.
Here is steps how i managed to fix this.
1. Delete "INMNativeUI.dll" from scripts folder.
2. Download this mod again and drag and drop into scripts folder, rewrite everything if you get prompt to do it.
3. It should work now
It seems using older version of INMNativeUI that was supplied with Cargo Plane Mod or Car Carrier Trailer Mod stops making menu pop up.
TL;DR If you are having issues with menu not showing, reinstall mod and overwrite everything when Windows asks for it.
