@Nii With the end of OpenIV we are at an end to gta5 modding. At least for now, I doubt anyone is going to want to put the work into to rebuild the modding community for a 5 year old game but please sign the petition here

Let Take-Two and Rockstar know how you feel about this. The modding community sends its regards.

@SoulMystique Modding days are done, I'm afraid.

Great mod, thanks for your work! Literally couldn't make my projects without you.

@el_charco MODS Open GTA directory and delete the ASI Loader Log Text File. Restart the game. Repeat each time before restarting. I hope that helps.

@martiearts It usually fixes all of mine. Removing the mod, restarting the game, quitting, then reinstalling the mod works as well... And the frame rate seems to make a difference, at least for me, as to if the mod works or not. Stick to a standard frame rate, I think I posted something about it earlier above the frame rates I tested. Do note that MP4 presets also seems to save the rendered video in a wonky frame rate somewhat close to your original specifications. AVI presets seem to correct that issue.

@imnotbonkers In the GTA directory, delete the ASI loader log text file before each launch. That should fix your issue.

After more extensive testing with multiple x264 and x265 MP4 and Avi files, I can't seem to find one that maintains both specified frame rate and correctly synced audio. I have a few older projects saved in vegas I'm trying to re-render with this gorgeous mod. Without the mod, rendered videos plug right in to vegas over the old renders, no problem. I figured doing a little audio work with the mod was no big deal, but the video is roughly 10 frames per minutes off from the original project. All the cuts and scenes basically call for a re-edit, so for now, we'll stick to new projects. Just a very bizarre bug perhaps?

Interestingly enough, using @Eyon AVI preset, the frame rate is on the mark, running the rendered video through HandBreak for compatibility works for shorter clips, but still, for some weird reason the audio goes out of sync after about 2 minutes of video on longer projects.

@Eyon What is your AVI preset?

@nightingale I tried playing around with the FPS settings and managed to get the mod to accept 59940/1001, which set the rendered video to 59.945, however the awkward frame rate still offsets the video and audio on a few projects that need to be 59.94.
It also seems if the frame rate in the mod is not set to a standard frame rate (23.976, 24, 29.97, 30, 59.94, 60) then the mod will throw an "fps hook" error. The mod doesn't seem to mind "1001" in 59940/1001 though. I'm not sure if you have encountered this odd FPS issue or if it's just me, how to fix it. Again, fantastic and unique mod. I will use this for all future projects once this little bugger is out of the way.
