@Laksh akre You only need to reload script when changing something in the .ini file, otherwise not.
@AmazyCrazy Unfortunately, that's the way the game was designed for Story Mode. It doesn't expect you to play as a ped, and as such can't proccess any money transactions. You have to play around it - use a trainer, your imagination and manually modify .ini files to get stuff. It's not as great, but it is still doable. :)
