    @Syrus54
    That doesn't work for me. As I said before, I cannot get pass the GTA launcher if I'm not connected to the internet. Right now what I'm doing at least once per day is:
    1) Overwrite modded rpf with original
    2) Launch game, get into game, quit game
    3) Launch game thru GTAV Mod Manager which force the game to go offline and bypass verification
    4) Repeat as necessary

    It's a long process, which is why I'm planning to download a pirated copy just for single player to save meself the grief of doing this everyday when I want to play. Ridiculous really D:

    @Dilapidated I think by default this already occurs normally in GTA? i remember the shop owner pulling out a shotgun on me when I went back to same store twice. Or maybe it was random, not too sure about that.

    @Joch844 Right now I'm using the mod manager to help me create symlinks so I don't have to keep overwriting the modded rpfs. But I still gotta replace them manually once per day because social club needs to be connected to the network at least once per day to work and it will attempt to replace my modded rpfs everytime. What I observed is modding update.rpf is okay, any other rpfs will trigger the check and redownloads.

    Blocking it with firewall doesn't work for me, i need some way of stopping gta v from rechecking and redownloading the files everytime I launch the game

    Well, I registered just to say this, but unfortunately this mod only works partial for me. Not your fault though, seems like Rockstar doesn't like people messing with the DLC files. Those mods that do not touch DLC won't force an reupdate when I launch GTA. Disabling the internet just puts me in a loop saying GTA V needs to be online to be activate. Seriously suckish =/
