I don't know how I did that 4 years ago but I wonder we haven't any tools back to the days. I suppose my GTA 4 Modding experience was allowing to do that. I forget everything. :D

I glad to see that's topic is still active
This was part of State Of Liberty's rage project but TakeTwo killed modding and GTA meaning. I get rid of pc and other things. Real Life is more important :)
@HeySlickThatsMe It's easy to do. Just put gta5.meta to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5" and remove the following:
<Item>
<filename>common:/data/levels/gta5/distantlights.dat</filename>
<fileType>DISTANT_LIGHTS_FILE</fileType>
</Item>
<Item>
<filename>common:/data/levels/gta5/distantlights_hd.dat</filename>
<fileType>DISTANT_LIGHTS_HD_FILE</fileType>
</Item>
As for ped/car paths I weren't working on 'em.
@PORTAKAL_TR What kind of map is invisible? Do you mean SLOD on downtown? It could be fixed by levels.ymt.
