well it seems that http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ is back up again, but no update for 1868.4

@212antt Thanks for the update! Confirmed, Menyoo working now.
@212antt Maybe allow bug issues and tracking on your git hub. Furthermore the C++ runtime that your dll requires, is only meant for development, as such others may not have "vcruntime140_1d.dll" which is only distributed with Visual Studio 2019. Could you please provide a recomplied DLL that uses the correct runtime. Thanks in advance.
