@robi29 I might have figured out how to fix the weather never changing problem.
I changed
weather.CycleDuration 360 to
weather.CycleDuration 120
in the mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/visualsettings.dat file.
@robi29 thx for your reply : ) I find out my weather never change always sunny(just the cloud has change) after i playing 5-6 hours from now...
@robi29 I wonder what is weatherdetector.asi do for? Will it be any problem i deleted it that come with the ENB setting folder since it have some problem running with the ENB but the ENB running fine on me without the asi file.
@Reyser I have the shadow.asi problem b4, i find out the problem is come from weatherdetector.asi when i install the ENB setting. Now the game running fine without any .asi eror after i delete weatherdetector.asi. I just wonder will it effect the ENB without weatherdetector.asi?

For the DOF effects issue i wish you all can comment on the gtaforum site,in there the author will see your comment and fix it later on the update version.
