@TenseiBugas Yeah, the only thing I could 'criticize' (since it's not a big deal) is the explosion sound of the minigun. Either way, it's a great mod

Sorry for the dumb question, but what is this mod? I don't understand what this one does, the Vanillaworks Extended Design Pack and the Dispatchworks Pack either. Does it add new cars or replace textures or customizations? Totally ignorant question.
