this instllation makes no freaking sense how can i add a folder thats not there and how can i add a folder thats not an XML thats got a DLC file in it to the XML folder ? thats confusing as f**k am i missing something

the lights dont work also how do u spawn them by default i have added one of them to the modding DLC pack just to get it working and the lights are not even working apart from the wig wag ones tho i still get the blue light effects wich is because i think because i have british cars installed aswell might it be helpful to have a tutorial next time
