Very nice, but I wish you'd fix the material hierarchy so the windows show up through the cage properly. Just make sure the cage texture is in between the inner and outer glass textures in the material hierarchy before exporting.
One other thing I'd suggest is exporting the black skin textures again with a better .DDS tool, as currently, there's some horrid purple and green artifacts in the texture. This happens with all dark colours for ped stuff, but apparently using nvidia's .dds exporter helps a lot with minimizing them.

@LittleSpoon Yeah, OpenIV really doesn't want to show it for some reason, but it works in-game just fine, besides a few annoying quirks.
