Welcome to the beef, this mod will make gangs remember you, spawn reinforcements when you attack them, and send gang hits to you when you're going about your business.
INSTALLATION:
You will need:
ScriptHookV - https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
ScriptHookVDotNet(Nightly) - https://github.com/scripthookvdotnet/scripthookvdotnet-nightly/releases
For my mod, just drag and drop the files from the Zip scripts folder, to your own game's "scripts" folder
MOD SETTINGS:
If you installed the mod properly, there should be a "The beef" folder inside your "scripts" folder, find it. Inside it there's a TEXT file called "settings.ini" open it with whatever text editor you prefer.
In it you will encounter this:

MAXTIMEFORAHIT = 480000
REINFORCEMENTSENABLED=True
HITSENABLED=True
ENABLEHOSTILITY=true
ENABLETHREATTEXT=false
I will explain what every setting does:
RANGEOFDETECTION: The distance in meters at which the mod finds gang members that can call for reinforcements or see the player.
MINTIMEFORAHIT: the minimum time it takes for a gang that hates the player to send gang hits to him, counted in miliseconds.
MAXTIMEFORAHIT: the maximum time it takes for a gang that hates the player to send gang hits to him, counted in miliseconds.
REINFORCEMENTSENABLED: this dictates if reinforcements will spawn when you attack a gang, can be set to true or false.
HITSENABLED: this dictates if gang hits will be send to the player from gangs that have been attacked by him, this hits will happen in a timer defined by MINTIMEFORAHIT and MAXTIMEFORAHIT.
ENABLEHOSTILITY: this dictates if the gang members that already hate the player's character will attack him on sight, for convenience, they will only attack the player if they see him walking around, but not in a vehicle, can be set to true or false.
ENABLETHREATTEXT: this dictates if the gangs send you a threat text when you attack them for a first time, indicating that they will indeed remember you, attack you on sight and send hits to you (provided you have those features enabled) mostly cosmetic, disabled by default because I don't like this feature, but some might want it.

Got problem with spawns, see blips but no enemys sometime, and map gets full of them

@toocoon change all the wepons of whoever you want to remove to "weapon_unarmed"
@6758765 They can get lost, you'll notice if you go a little further away they dissappear, that's because you lost them, if you're in a area hard to reach, like grove street for example, it can happen

yo bro,it was a GREAT mod,but after update opps aint pullin up on me at all,although everything is installed correctly.They only come when I kill someone in front of others. After that, it's all over.

Yeah I'm getting the same thing as NikKom, enemies don't seem to spawn anymore no matter what I do. Was working fine before the update.

@NikKom @SirDJCat I see, the reduction of distance that made escaping the enemies easier, now causes the reinforcement to get lost more often, and hence not arrive, returned that particular part of the mod to what it was in the previous update, also tested it right now, and it's working properly.

when dying during a gang hit, the red dot will permanently persist and randomly teleport to any ped or animal on the map.

@thalilmythos I tried the new version and it still doesn't work for me. I killed a gang member, I received a message from this gang like "You're dead," etc., and after about 10 minutes, no one came to kill me. Why might it not work for me?

is it possible for franklins hood NOT to be aggressive towards him, like i mean if i shoot a ballas, and a family member just happens to be nearby, hes shooting me. i accidently killed one of the fam members and now they do that..

Sometimes backup vehicles spawn too far, and they disappear but blip remains. And since there is a blip, no backup is coming anymore

The Beef's working perfectly well so far.
The only minor issue I've run into is an ERROR whenever the red reinforcements get triggered. It seems to happen during a hit involving the same faction, but not when I clip them outside of a Beef state. So far, it only affects the red faction. I forgot to grab the log this time, but I'll post it the next time it crops up.
Another minor thing: the enemy blips don't always disappear after a hit. Every now and then they seem to latch onto random peds instead.
Quite a few of your mods seem to fit my playstyle down to the ground. Keep it up, mate. Much appreciated, @thalilmythos.

@YakFou I'd recommend disabling the blips in the ini for now, I play without them so they are not my priority, but they are there as an option, which faction crashes the script? would like to know.
@FLOKKENPLOPPENSHURM You can disable the blips for now while I fix the blip issues.
@plasmaboi You just keep getting in trouble with the families don't you? No I can't not make the families not be violent towards franklin, some people play with modded franklins, some people decide to join other gangs with other mods and use this one and fight with the families, no gang receives special treatment, have trigger discipline, and use "the homies" or something to make the families respect you and you unable to target them.

@thalilmythos I really love this mod, yet there is an issue that has been bothering me a lot lately. After activating the hit order issued by hostile gangs, the red dots originally designed to mark enemies on my map now randomly label every NPC and animal nearby. Worse still, these red markers remain permanently on the map even after those characters are killed. I would greatly appreciate it if this bug could be fixed as soon as possible.
Additionally, I noticed you mentioned in a previous reply that this blip display can be disabled by editing an ini file. Unfortunately, I must have looked in the wrong directory and failed to locate that setting option. Could you please provide me with a more detailed file path to this ini file? @Dreamseed the file is inside the folder called "the beef" is a text file called "settings.ini" inside of it there is a text that says: "ENABLEBLIPS=true" change the "true" to "false" and you should be good to go

UPDATE 1.2
-Returned money to reinforcements and gang hits
-peds in reinforcements carry 250$ peds in gang hits carry 500$
-Vehicles the gangs use in the reinforcements can now be customized (explained in the readme)
-Weapons the gangs use can now be customized (explained in the readme)
-Now you lose gang reinforcements at a range of 250 meters (previously it was 300 meters)
-reduced the chance for hospital camp spawning.
