About
- While your vehicle is idling or parked, the wheels won't turn back automatically.
- If the wheels are turned and you start moving, they will stay locked in that angle until you start steering again.
- I initially planned to keep this mod for myself, since I couldn't find one that fit my needs, so there's no config file right now. I'll add it in the future.
- Tested on game build 1.0.3095.0.

@catharsys64 , I love how it works with Smooth V ... like in real , if car stopped : after steer turning - wheels stopped faster , because steer is very weight at 0 kmh ... But I said about "issue" if pressing A & D buttons - wheels are twitching :(
But I don't understand why wheels don't turn back to center if car starts to going ... ( without Smooth V ) ; maybe it's test-asi etc :)

@rashkasosi yeah, it can act kinda weird when used with the smooth driving mod. im planning to fix it at some point, but im taking a small break from modding rn :)
and about the wheels not centering after you start moving: thats done on purpose, but i need to rework it and also add an option to disable it altogether.

i specifically made this mod because sticky wheels didnt cut it for me. the wheels can only lock to a fixed angle, they glitch out and lock every time you stop even though they weren't turned, etc.
@catharsys64 you should make a mod that allows for the hydraulics to stay when you get out of the car

This is awesome, but I don't think it is compatible with Manual Transmission Mod. The mod works but I cannot use my steering wheel with this mod installed. Are you aware of a workaround to make these jive together?
