Install & Requirements
Download and Install Scripthookvdontet and Scripthookv
create a scripts folder if you dont have one
download and install LemonUI for SHVDN2 https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/lemonui
and put in scripts folder
put lesters bribes.dll, lesters bribes.ini and ifruitaddon2 in scripts

Like the mod!
Simple things but nice and useful.
Problem as reported by others - heavy flickering of menu (and as result intermittent input processing).
All other mods relaying on NativeUI menu are working fine - Menoo, Enhanced Native Trainer, Vehicles Persistence, Character Swap.
Component versions (might help)
ScriptHookVDotNet - v2.10.10
Game - 1.0.1180.2 (Given up on updates a long time ago)
NativeUI - 1.9.1/1.9.0/1.8
@HKH191 The mod is simple and clever. I use it with weapon/vehicle trader mod. Thebug that I ve seen is that most of the times when I call Lester and buy something (ussualy armor) the phone gets stuck and doesn't close. So you can't switch to another character, use guns etc. Tried reloading scripts but it didn't solve the problem. Any suggestions?
Update: OK seems that the version 2.1 (April 30, 2019) had the problem. With the version 3.0 problem was fixed. (Why the "current" is the older one?)

The mod simply doesn't work when I installed it.
Ok so it seems that pressing f11 or f9 doesnt work but when I press FN on my windows 10 it shows a very buggy version of the mod.
Found out what was the problem: OP didn;t update the current download button. The 3.0 version is the one that works because of its INI file. Other than a bit of struggle this mod is great. 6,000 downloads down the bin
