By replacing the ytd file with the file in the "wet" folder, you can express the wet state of the clothes. (see screenshot 3)
Install:
Use Meth0d's Add-On Peds:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
-Add the ModelName "yuri" as a "not-streamed" Ped
Or if you want, you can replace any ped. Just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace.

I can express the wet state of the clothes only if i replace the .ytd file from wet folder? How it works? What if i do not replace the .ytd file from wet folder, it means that clothes never be wet? Please explain me. Besides, it is a really nice ped, good work👍
@ALEXSYS In the original game Fatal Frame 5, there was a specification that the character's clothes became transparent when wet. We have prepared the texture of that figure in a separate file, so please choose and use the one you like.
