Due to severe lack of ICP related material on GTA 5, I made this real quick using Violent J's real face and paint textures.

Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero
Currently includes Mike's default face replacer and hair to resemble the DUKE of the Wicked.
0.9 makes improves hair via new hi res texture and corrects the light color of J's black make-up.
