1. THE NUN (Character Ped)
This is a retexture of mstfa's Ghostface/Scream Add On ped.

Replace the above .ytd file with my Ghostface.ytd
2. THE NUN (Painting)
Drag the file I've included 'v_ilev_trev_pictureframe+hidr' into the
folder location:
x64c/levels/gta5/interiors/int_props/int_lev_des
With Menyoo, you can then spawn the object called
v_ilev_trev_pictureframe+hidr.

@nikoslash Sorry, if you just search in objects for 'picture' or 'picturefame', it should show up.
