I have a very good and unfortunately, complex question. I am having trouble with replacing and adding models into the game. Most of the files I put into it are either invalid, or they turn out to have the player look like a mutated creature in-game. For example, I have replaced Niko's clothing files with the dozer streamped (NOOSE Juggernaut from Realism Dispatch Enhanced), and instead of Niko looking like a heavily armored NOOSE officer, he turns out as a dimented blob of random scribbles, along with random textures all over his body. I'd like to know how to fix this problem, because I don't want any armored officers looking like a monster from a horror game.
2nd question: For every single update the game gets, models tend to glitch out more. I used Niko again, except for this time, I replaced it with the files from Niko DLC 3.0.1. The final result in-game wasn't too bad. It's just that only his feet and hands were invisible. But when the Import/Export DLC came out to Online, Niko's whole body had no texture at all. I'm confused as to why these bugs occur in the game, and I am very confused on how mod makers and Rockstar North keep their game models up to date and don't lose their texture, or glitch out random body parts everywhere. I suspect that the fragment object or the metadata files being updated and changed would fix the problem, but I could never know. How do you create models?

This is crashing my game at startup, any ideas why?
i recently instald the lspdfr mod and its pretty cool but the call's ar always the same! its always a pursuit or a armed pursuit! does somebody know a mod with some other call's? like robery or something?
