Replaces the Black OG T-Shirt
Step one: open Open IV
Step two: then go to x64v.rpf/Models/cdimages/Streamedpeds_players.rpf/player one/
Step three: this is very important,DO NOT PUT THE MODDED TEXTURE IN OPEN IV AND THEN GO IN THE GAME IT WILL NOT REPLACE, DELETE uppr_diff_004_b_uni.ytd and then put the modded shirt texture inside Open IV
then your done
