I think that small things can make a big difference, so I made this simple lore-friendly modification that replaces the "POLICE" patches on the bulletproof vests used by NOOSE agents (s_m_y_swat_01) with more fitting ones. Installation instructions included in the download.

But, the FIB ones still yell out NOOSE, please explain???
@Ilikeeditingpolice01, that's because either Rockstar is lazy putting in new quotes for the FIB, or they're just corrupted NOOSE Officers.
@FastWing i think the first one is right. Rockstar did't want to make a new ped that is same as S_M_Y_Swat_01 but with FIB decals and can be only seen as a AI Controlled enemy
Anyway, what i forgot to say is that this mod is great and the NOOSE officers finally make sense! Thanks.
