中華民國憲兵特勤隊（英語：Military Police Special Services Company，縮寫：MPSSC），簡稱憲特，中華民國特種部隊之一，隸屬於中華民國國防部憲兵指揮部，成立於1978年，是一隻駐紮在新北市五股區鄰近憲兵訓練中心的特種部隊，主要負責全國的反劫機及臺灣北部地區的反劫持、反破壞任務。成員身著黑衣，別稱夜鷹特勤隊、夜特。

This unit is stationed at Wugu, Taipei. Little is known about this unit, since informations regarding it are classified by the Ministry of National Defense. It was formed in 1978. According to the Taipei Times the MPSSC has a standing collaboration with United States Army Special Forces which includes regular joint exercises. They also have a standing invitation to the Pacific Area Special Operations Conference hosted annually by Special Operations Command Pacific.
