[Cyclops Phoenix 5] from Marvel heroes (all right to them).
This is cyclops with the power of phoenix ,
The only cyclops who should use super man script !
I sudjest using [Superman script] from [JulioNIB] :

Or your good with texture your are welcome to add your touch to make the character better resolution ! ( the normals are so pixelized )
Im trying to make GOOD Metalic reflection right now.
*Instalation*
use addonpeds or something
Drop the folder content in your addon ped .dlc
+ You can put the light on/off changing head diff in game :)

Soon I'll do is Marvel now costume With the X on the face :)
( He will give me the trouble of those fricking sholder pads ! aahah )
