openiv open update-x64-dlcpacks-addonpeds-dlc.rpf-peds.rpf
press f6 edit mode
Drag and drop four files "65jf" into openiv
open “AddonPeds Editor.exe” Must run in administrator mode
press peds-new peds
model name enter "65jf"
ped type is male
is streamed is false
last press "add ped"
in game press "L"
select "65jf" press enter
enjoy
The whole body green is the army, the upper body is green and the lower body is the air force, and the whole body is light blue is the navy (1965-1974)

Looking very interesting, but in my opionion it's too bright. I recommend you reduce brightness of textures.
