I'm really confused as to how these work... Do I need to install additional things before doing this? Everytime I spawn a vehicle in, the custom textures aren't there... I even use offline mode to stop the game updating the files.. Please help me? :)

@GTAFive Yes you need to install additional things... OpenIV, ScriptHookV, Asi Loader and OpenIV ASI Plugin...
