--Required Modifications--
You will need the following modification to use my livery:
Templated Stanier by LtMattJeter

--Install--
UnZip the file you just downloaded to a place you will remember.
Open up the program OpenIV and enable edit mode
Navigate to the following path in OpenIV:
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Now open up sheriff.ytd and find stainer_sign_1 and stainer_sign_2
Simply hit replace and select my livery for stainer_sign_1 and stainer_sign_2
Close OpenIV and enjoy!

Readme says stainer_sign_1 and stainer_sign_2 to be replaced. But my file is only coming with stanier_sign_1. I've redownloaded it too.

@DylanCHFE Just reinstalling GTA 5 right now. Making a fresh install. Hoping it'll make the FPS a bit better and stop LSPDFR crashing so much!
does the interior work? (meaning the gauges and everything) will still use it regardless because it is an awesome looking skin just by looking at the screenshot, but just curious
