The following is a set of liveries for Skyline's S-70 Firehawk and MH-60S Knighthawk, the links for which can be found here:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/s-70a-firehawk-fire-fighting-helicopter
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mh-60s-knighthawk
Santa Barbara County is a county located in California, and an equivalent adaptation of their S-70s' livery for Blaine County has also been made.
INSTALLATION
1. Locate the YTD file for the vehicle - which can be found in the vehicles.rpf of whatever .rpf the vehicle is located in
2. Replace the livery texture in the YTD for the appropriate vehicle - SEAHAWK in the case of the Knighthawk, Firehawk in the case of the Firehawk
All of the credit for the vehicles themselves goes to SkylineGTRFreak, I just made the model.
And if you would like to, join the Discord which hosts my own and a couple of other creators' work, a link for which can be found on my profile.

"an equivalent adaptation of their S-70s' livery for Blaine County has also been made." Idk what happened but there are no Blain County liveries in the download...
@blackfirefly000 I've only just noticed this comment, and unfortunately I can no longer rectify this, since I've since lost a lot of my archive including the Blaine County liveries.
A lot of work is put into it on your last projects, great work!
@Datura Stramonium RIP that sucks
