What I would consider the best and most detailed Nebraska State Patrol skin pack on LSPDFR. Myself and another member are working on all the MAJOR departments within the state of Nebraska, so check out my Omaha Police pack as well. How do you install this? I'm new to installing textures
i want to say thank you for adding the Depts of the state i live in.. Moreso the city i live ina s well... actually i live in Bellevue, but seeing OPD as askin pack just made my night, so thank you.. If you could, let me know how to add these into my server, i would greatly appreciate it.
