Hello again for the fifth time!
Jolteon, is one of the earliest Eeveelutions introduced (along with Vaporeon and Flareon). To me, Jolteon is the coolest Eeveelutions of all.
Unlike my previous uploads, I made two versions of this livery. Paintable and Non-Paintable. The Paintable one is for those who want another colour with this livery, and another one is for those who want the yellow colour (as seen in the screenshots).
Requirements:
1. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR by y97y, here's the link: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mitsubishi-lancer-evolution-ix-mr-add-on
2. OpenIV 2.8, you can get one on their website. Link: http://openiv.com/
How to Install:
1. Open the OpenIV
2. Open mods or update folder, where you install the car mod.
(Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>evo>dlc.rpf>x64>vehicles.rpf>
3. Enable edit mode
4. Open the evo9.ytd
5. Select evo_sign_x (x refers to the number)
6. Replace with this skin I made.
7. Save.
8, Open the game and enjoy your new skin mod!
Let me know in the comment section about what do you guys think, you can give me any suggestions for what Eeveelutions (or maybe other Pokemon after Eeveelutions and Eevee) I should make next. It's appreciatable.

Great job on this one again. Maybe you could do something other than just Pokémon? They're looking really good but I'm not so a fan of Pokémon.

I can do non-Pokemon livery, and I'm currently working on a Project which will take a long time (probably I will release them by the end of January due to college responsibilities and stuff). Will still upload some stuff in the future though, thanks for asking anyway.
