in edit mode replace:

go to replace folder to install

Note:
Changed the name of the texture. If you made your own, you should change the name. and you dont need have the meta file
To multiple liveries you need change name to texture from israelsr_sign_1 to israelsr_sign_2, ...sign_3, etc.
(I've done the test with 5 different and it worked, I do not know what the limit.) The windows only support one. The textures must place in bus.ytd.
To change livery, you can spawn bus with some of the script / trainers that are available, you can use Simple Trainer and go to Vehicle Options, Livery Menu.

I'm not quite following the installation instructions, can someone please be a bit more descriptive on how to go about this please.
Ignore the above comment, I did not edit the vehicles.meta file, duh.
@PowerStar you don't install the the png files, you only install the 4 bus files which are .yft or ytd. Also read the me readme file as you have to edit the vehicles.meta file mention in the readme by copying it to your desktop, editing it and them copying it back into openiv.

sorry for the burden as i usually do not have questions about modding, but for the vehicles. meta part of the installation which <flags> do i enter the text after? the one at the beginning, or at the end? thanks for your time. great mod by the way keep it up man.

After you put all the .yft and .ytd files into x64e.rpf> levels> gta5> vehicles.rpf, extract the vehicles.meta file from update> update.rpf> common> data> levels> gta5, Please explain in detail what you are going to correct.

If you dont know how to install:
Go to MODS>x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf (replace yft ytd files here)
Then(Optional) go to MODS>update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5 and replace the vehicles.meta !
If you have a modded vehicles meta, just go to line 779 and past this after <flags>: FLAG_HAS_LIVERY
