This mod replaces the original texture from the race edition of the Sanchez with one of your choice (Yamaha, KTM, Monster Energy).
How to install :
OpenIV > Grand Theft Auto V\update (folder)\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ *Replace sanchez.ytd & sanchez+hi.ytd*
Then go into rebuild, choose "vehicles.rpf" rebuild and close.
*Make a backup of the orginal file*
***YOU MUST LAUNCH THE GAME OFFLINE***
Credits : OHMYMODZ (conversion on GTA V PC), StreetMode (Original Creator of the textures) & OpenIV
*DO NOT REPUBLISH WITHOUT MY PERMISSION*

I did not bother to read the instructions properly and replaced the sanchez texture files in X64e.rpf and they did not show up....it is late though and i have been drinking.
