This is just the beginning, I'm still learning how to use Codewalker. Soon there will be more updates and other scenarios besides just gang territories. This is one small leap but play around with it, gimme feed back on what I can do to improve and what else you'd like to see in the future.
Install is easy: mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\scenario
