MS Paint texture edit of the default s_m_y_swat_01 head texture, adding yellow circles with the circle and fill tools. No model or texture mapping changes, so it ends up looking horribly out-of-place. The only thing that actually identifies it as a Helghast is the Helgen insignia added to the front of the vest, but once again - no additional texture mapping to accommodate it, so it looks terrible.
