A template for replacing ELS Lighting Textures. Including 2 Versions of ELS Lighting Textures designed by myself.
Planned: More textures for other ELS Related Textures not included here, and an update to the visual settings file to get your game looking like the screenshots included here as part of my somewhat abandoned Realistic Emergency Lighting Mod. You can expect an update to that soon.
Enhances Brightness of Emergency lights. Tested on Gump's (ALEA) Alabama State Patrol Tahoe w/Whelen Liberty
Should look good on all vehicles.
Feel free to message all in-game screenshots to me.

Open any YTD file of an ELS vehicle. Export the textures of the ELS Lighting file with these ones in a graphics editor, such as Adobe Photoshop for example.
Here is an example of the original file that comes with most ELS vehicles, the tradition 5 circular lighted dots.

@JZersche Hi, is there a way to edit an ELS vehicle to make it NON ELS?
I don't believe there is.
@EDraven2010 there is there is a thing called asking someone to make you a costom car
@EDraven2010 You can, but the author of the vehicle will have to do it since ELS uses the extras of vehicles as lights.

(You should tweak your visualssettings as the lights are WAAAAAY too bright (realistically speaking) during day time in your game haha)

However, they might be just a tad bright. I haven't had time to mess with the settings
i didn't notice much of a difference, looks the same and some now have mixed matched lights.
@DSKTX If it's mix-matched, you haven't done this correctly. This isn't meant to be replaced as a texture, it's meant to be opened up in Photoshop, and there is a difference, depend on your visualsettings.dat
