Thanks for downloading Villa Santa Ponza! It is located on the main beach road at Vespucci Beach.
The Villa is very modern and secure and has 3 large bedrooms all with own bathrooms and closet areas.
Behind the front main two car garage you will find a main area with terrace looking out at the sea and beach.
The Villa features an open plan main reception area with main living areas and a beautifully detailed kitchen-diner.

1) Latest ScriptHook V

6) Unlock-all-objects version 1.0 (Needs to be 1.0 NOT 1.1)
MUST HAVE MAP BUILDER + MAP EDITOR IF MAP IS NOT FULLY LOADING!

1) Place "beachouse" into your GTA main directory
2) Play GTA game
3) Whilst in game open Map Editor using F7 key

I still got the original Villa Santa Ponza with the black walls.
Still have the OG beach house! Looks like we're doing a "remodel"! Great work once again!
Excellent work on this beach house, almost has the feel of super nice apartment, I love how the third floor has it own door!!! Front door didn't open right away, I had to make it dynamic for it to open. Garage door just fell through ground but looked even better without it, and those steal pillars blocking the driveway, I deleted with menyoo. Everything's perfect now!!! Will this work on FiveM if I convert it to ymap??
