-Unzip the file into your MAP FOLDER who start on your server.cfg
----------------------- Installation SINGLEPLAYER : -----------------------
-Unzip the file
-Open OpenIV and go in edit mode
- Click OpenIV -> GTA V -> mods -> update.rpf
- drop the map folder in update.rpf

There's no 'folder' inside the .zip to drop in anywhere; and it's not a 'map editor' file (any more?)
@meimeiriver Wrong Tags I think sorry, and I can't change that :/ It was just a location not a Map Editor
