Sandy Shores Xtra House [YMAP][Map Builder]creat by me.
Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GTA5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
OpenIV
MENYOO
1 and very important dont forget Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some walls and grounds.
2 and Custom Props Add-On [BETA 3] (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop)
3 and Panda Craft Mods (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dlc-panda-craft-add-on)
HOW TO INSTAL:
A] ADDON [ymap file] (all paintdss and rugwools are included)
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
copy and paste folder "sandy shores xtra house"
to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
Finally add "dlcpacks:/sandy shores xtra house/" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
to: mods update.rpf common data
B] With Menyoo for peds and vehicles
Copy:
Xtra peds and vehicles.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5,
press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
and load:
Xtra peds and vehicles.xml
Good game.

Bro can u please tell me how did u get this walls and floors for ymap bcoz when I use these similar textures for making ymap its gets vanished…help me out
my textures once installed dissapear as well. granted ive implemented mine into my FIve M server but normally files like these i can drag into my server and activate them per command and everything shows up
