First Install:
1. Install Menyoo PC [Single-Player Trainer Mod]
2. Install Script Hook V
3. Install Community Script Hook V .NET
Mod Installation
4. Open directory Grand Theft Auto V - MenyooStuff - Spooner, and drag
sandy_remastered3.xml to this folder
In Game:
5. press F8 - Object Spooner - Manage Saved Files - sandy_remastered3.xml - and Load
Placements
First Install:

@Smalonz why are there street lamps in the middle of a road where overtaking is allowed?
trying to load it with object spooner on menyoo, but got a black screen.
