Copy "River North.xml" to menyooStuff folder in GTAV directory (my directory is A:/Grand Theft Auto V/menyooStuff/Spooner
To load it in game, press F8, Go to object spooner, Manage Saved Files and load "River North.xml)
WARNING to load this map you need to teleport, load it and then teleport to north yankton
DONE! Now Enjoy!

I would love to see GTA 6 take place in a city based on Minneapolis and one of the main antagonists be Somali pirates. It would be awesome if part of the game also took place in North Yankton and neighbouring South Yankton and you got to be the pirates of the Missouri River. Then if you pirated that game you would literally be a pirate fighting other pirates.

brother it will be simply Dream come true, man.
I still cannot understand why after so many years since the game release, no one never thought of making such a one, as North Yankton is simply meant to have one! Surprisingly, I've seen lots of Christmas mods, but no one actually bothered to implement it into North Yankton ever. Just don't know why so. I would have made it myself a long time ago, if I knew it how bro :((
