Okay so this is quite different from what I'd normally do but I fancied a change. I noticed there are literally no Mexican Police mods and even if you're not Mexican they still go nicely with US police. I've included Mexican Federale peds as well as a Mexican Police silverado and Tahoe (tahoe has Chihuahua plates). Goes great if you're having the setting as San Andreas, California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas...
Install mapeditor. Then put the xml file from this in the main GTA5 directory. Put all the model/ped files in the latest patchday.

Sadly, my computer is currently infected with a rootkit to the point where the computer is beyond repair. There is a chance there will be no more mods or videos for quite a few months. Sorry @Jbrookes

@qwertyTech are these els cars because the light dont work only the brake lights flash they look good just the lights issue do you know how i can fix this prob??
@guerrero213 Are the lightbars black? If they are you should install a new vehicles.meta file. if not send me a screenshot
@qwertyTech yes the tahe light bar is balck and the silverado is white and what should i change in meta.file or is there one i can download

@guerrero213 Yeah, although if that doesn't work or if anything goes wrong, put the entire file in
@qwertyTech its didnt work with vehichle components i cant turn on the light bars but the wont flash are you sure it isnt els
@guerrero213 try another els file then, sounds like you might be right. as i said i can't really tell without screenshot.

@qwertyTech Looking over the files in Open IV, I'm pretty sure these are both ELS compatible cars. (Extras are toggable by script) Do you have a source for both the Tahoe and the Silverado? Thanks I love the idea of this file :)
