This took me 10 hours to make sure it had a unique lighting and look.
This is a medium beach house located on the far end of Vespucci beach and features:

How does it work? Do you buy it? Can you save your game there? Is it for Trevor specifically, or for all of the characters? What I'm trying to ask is if this is a real safe house or just a cool little interior?
