4. Download Menyoo PC SP

5. Download Map Builder REQUIRED
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
6. Move Villa.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner,
7. while in-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/Villa.xml/load-placements
Mod contains:
Helipad
Helicopter
Dock
Two Guards
A lot of animals
One Vehicle

Fixed texture flickering
Added some interior details
