Here is Franklin's SP garage build.You can still use the inside garage also for storage, These are the things that are included in the build:
*Mechanic work area with lifts
*A Dyno area to park on (Added straps to make it look tied down)
*Parts area
*A waiting room/hangout area
*Office
*Trophy cabinet in office
*sliding gate for entrance to stairs and garage area
*Franks name in lighting in from of the garage

@ReNNie they only things that would be missing without the five dollar tier are the white beams ,windows and office floor. Everything else will be there and work.
