DESCRIPTION:
This House is located on the EL PERRO. The house consists of big open spaces, large windows with views over the beach. Masive driveway with fountaing and lot of space for cars. Also a cover garage. Beatifull garden with 2 pool´s. Hydra Jet and Cargo. Plus some surprises.

FEATURES:
-Big rooms, nice furniture, nice views, a big courtyard and a big garage;
-Nice patios, pool and very large garden;
-Working doors;
-Working lights;
-Working gate and garage door.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
-MAP EDITOR MUST BE UPDATED;
-EXPANDED OBJECT LIST (you can find in MAP EDITOR files when you download it);
-OBJECT SPAWN UNLOCKER 1.1 (you can find it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker);
-MAP BUILDER by OmegaKingMods (you can find it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder).
INSTALLATION:
1) Go to FILES directory (on this folder) and copy "beachhouse.xml";
2) Go to you GTA V main directory and paste it;
3) Run the game, go to the exact location to load the map;
4) Open MAP EDITOR menu and select LOAD MAP, then choose file: beachhouse.xml
5) Wait for loading.
6) Enjoy!!!
NOTES:
-It is very important to load the map on the exact location: if you don't, somw of the furniture will not be loaded.
-For a correct loading of all objects, i suggest you to delete your "INVALID OBJECTS LIST" from the SCRIPTS folder (Located on GTA V main directory)
-Just in case I attache my script folder, in case you want to copy my objects list.
