Download and install:
ScriptHook,
ScriptHook V.NET
OpenIV
MENYOO
And very important to download before install:
1 And Panda Craft Mods (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dlc-panda-craft-add-on)
2 And DNX Generic Add-On Props (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/dnx-generic-add-on-props-add-on-props-for-your-custom-maps)
3 Dont forget Map Builder 1.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) for some grounds.
HOW TO INSTAL:
ADDON [Ymap][Ybn][Ydr] for the marina house.
Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)
1] Copy and paste the dlc folder "architect design house 2.3"
To: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2] Finally add "dlcpacks:/architect design house 2.3/" in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
To: mods >update.rpf >common >data>dlclist
3] Vehicles Menyoo
Copy: Architect Design vehicles.xml
of my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
Now launch in GTA5,
Press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles",
And load: Architect Design vehicles.xml
Good game :-)

I have repair some few visuals bugs of walls and stuff prop and fixed the kitchen

fix all glitchs on all walls and floors, now the house is repair every thing is fixed.
add news stairs
add nex floor in the living room
add some trees and plants
add a new games room with a pool near the swimingpool
change some window to much fragile

change some marble, grass and wood textures on some walls and floors and fix some last glitch on the terrase

Remove original house file under the house
Remake all walls, floors, pillars, everything, but keep the original design of the house
Change the front entrance
Change the helipad on the roof
Add a garage under the house
Add a back entrance by the garden
Add a bedroom on the first floor
Created a new terrase with grass an palm tree, like a big garden around the swimingpool.

@zamalone Hello author, why can't I get in the elevator after loading
@BOBI-LJ it because the elevator work only with xml file, not in ymap, but you got stairs for go up, and its very good for your health.

Basically the stairs aren’t loading
@rmn17 its because you need Map Builder 4.0 (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder) and use only ymap files. everything will be fine. same for the bathroom and some few props.
