A mod that adds LOTS of Ambiance to GTA V. To install, just drag the XML file to your scripts folder. Not all screenshots could be uploaded because of the pictures limit. All other screenshots are in the zip. I'll try to update at least once a week. Some items added include:
-Traffic Stops
-"Heist"
-Ballas gang attack at the Mission Row Police Station
-Car meet in Strawberry
-Broken down bus
-Illegally parked vehicles being towed
-Police surveying tramps
-Homeless people on streets
-Taxis at the Pillbox Hill hospital
-"Helicopter Airport" at the docks
-Shark on beach
-Mourner at the Graveyard
-Drug Dealers
BTW this mod is a remake of the one that I could not find stable so I did not provide screenshots and was cancelled.

@DevinKan How'd you do this without Scripthook, and is it as good as if it was scripthook?
@Think_Tank I used the map editor tool by Guadmaz.
Guys, new update coming soon in a few days! Planning on adding more Ambience(V) in Paleto Bay/Sandy Shores!
@Think_Tank It is still based off the same API, but not as detailed as a custom plugin/editor.
@DevinKan Using Menyoo lets you have dynamic peds, even got updated so they can be set as shooting at a target. Sooner or later, it'll be practically just as good as a custom plugin.
